We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Musawa, Katsina State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
