We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Cayuga County, New York. You will grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up. Requirements: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
