On a typical shift you will knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates. Requirements: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts.
