Now hiring: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Toole County, Montana. The job is in a textile and apparel unit. On a typical shift you will clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required. You should have: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance 2+ years on the tools preferred.
