Immediate opening: coating plant operator (Oklahoma)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Beaver County, Oklahoma. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes On the job you will handle: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
