Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Keya Paha County, Nebraska. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
