Great opportunity: we are hiring a hand presser in Ashland County, Wisconsin. Day to day you will operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments. You should have: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory 3+ years on the tools preferred.
