Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in Tipton County, Indiana. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Your main tasks: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Part-time with flexible hours.
