Trainee butcher • Washakie County, Wyoming

We are recruiting: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Washakie County, Wyoming. On the job you will handle: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
