You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
