Immediate opening: production welder (South Dakota)

Join our team: we are hiring a production welder in Aurora County, South Dakota. You will be based at an automobile body shop. You should have: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Day to day you will control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
