Great opportunity: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Otter Tail County, Minnesota. Your main tasks: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods Performance bonus on top of base pay.
