Immediate opening: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Woodruff County, Arkansas. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces You will grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
