Glass fitter • Monroe County, Indiana

Immediate opening: we are hiring a glass fitter in Monroe County, Indiana. Day-to-day duties: • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Install toughened and laminated safety glass • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders • Able to cut glass accurately to size • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
