Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint sprayer in Warren County, Missouri. You will work at a property maintenance company. What we are looking for: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Own brushes and basic hand tools • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator You will fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames.
