The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Full-time with occasional weekends.
