Site safety steward wanted in Mahoning County

Join our team: we are hiring a site safety steward in Mahoning County, Ohio. You will be based at a busy construction site. You should have: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training Day to day you will carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
