Powder coating operator wanted in Alpena County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Alpena County, Michigan. Your main tasks: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Part-time with flexible hours. $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
