We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Uruan, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. The role involves: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Part-time with flexible hours. ₦180,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
