Vacancy available: we are hiring a production welder in Northampton County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Day-to-day duties: • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding You should have: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
