Banquet server wanted in Vigo County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a banquet server in Vigo County, Indiana. You will be based at a busy restaurant. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Day-to-day duties: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
