Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator in Weston County, Wyoming. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. Your main tasks: • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line You should have: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings 4+ years on the tools preferred.
