Aluminium TIG welder wanted in Belknap County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Belknap County, New Hampshire. On a typical shift you will clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
