Kitchen cook wanted in Buncombe County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Buncombe County, North Carolina. On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
