Electrostatic spray painter wanted in Gezawa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Gezawa, Kano State. Day-to-day duties: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Rotating shifts.
