Vacancy available: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Jefferson County, Nebraska. The job is in the profile cutting and welding bay. What we are looking for: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges The role involves: • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router Performance bonus on top of base pay.
