Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Caldwell Parish, Louisiana. The job is at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
