Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On a typical shift you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience.
