Join our team: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Schoharie County, New York. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. Day-to-day duties: • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters Ideal candidate: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing Pay around $18 per hour, based on your experience.
