Now hiring: we are hiring a confectioner in Montgomery County, Kansas. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
