Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Clinch County, Georgia. You will work at a powder coating unit. On the job you will handle: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
