Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Schuyler County, New York. The job is at a powder coating unit. Your main tasks: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth 1+ years on the tools preferred.
