Immediate opening: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Osborne County, Kansas. You will be based at a dealership paint shop. What we are looking for: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing On a typical shift you will compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience.
