Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Dillon County, South Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing The role involves read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints. We offer $27 per hour plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
