We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Gibson County, Indiana. You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
