Vacancy available: we are hiring a panel technician in Musselshell County, Montana. Ideal candidate: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement The role involves: • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray Rotating shifts.
