The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 3+ years on the tools preferred.
