Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat cutter in Clinton County, Kentucky. You will work in a supermarket meat department. The role involves dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; season and marinate meat on request. Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
