Flat roof installer wanted in City and County of Swansea

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a flat roof installer in City and County of Swansea, Wales. You will work on commercial flat-roof projects. Day-to-day duties: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates What we are looking for: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate We offer £1,800 per month plus benefits.
