Cold store insulation technician — Ashland County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Ashland County, Wisconsin. On a typical shift you will fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors. You should have: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
