Urgent requirement: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in LaGrange County, Indiana. The role involves: • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame Ideal candidate: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) Overtime paid at a premium rate.
