Concrete pump mate • Wythe County, Virginia

Join our team: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Wythe County, Virginia. The job is in a residential housing project. Your main tasks: • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified You should have: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits.
