Press shop operator • San Miguel County, Colorado

We are recruiting: we are hiring a press shop operator in San Miguel County, Colorado. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. Day to day you will carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area. What we are looking for: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout 6+ years on the tools preferred.
