360 excavator operator wanted in Newton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a 360 excavator operator in Newton County, Arkansas. The job is in an open-cast quarry. Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs Day-to-day duties: • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
