Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems The role involves insulate and ventilate the roof void; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar.
