Join our team: we are hiring a concrete placer in Durham County, North Carolina. The job is in a residential housing project. You should have: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works Day to day you will screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
