Now hiring: offshore rigger (Michigan)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Tuscola County, Michigan. You will work at a busy construction site. The role involves: • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
