Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Morton County, North Dakota. You will be based at a busy bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate Part-time with flexible hours.
