Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwasher in Nottoway County, Virginia. Day to day you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Full-time with occasional weekends.
