Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Bandera County, Texas. The role involves: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth 3+ years on the tools preferred.
